6.28.2011: Skagaströnd: little red house

Near the studio lives a little red house. The oldest house in Skagaströnd, it is now a museum. The beds that the couple who once lived there used are quite small (people were shorter then.) But, they were also adjustable (the beds, that is) so that as you grew up, you didn't have to get a new bed. You just made yours longer. Makes sense! (You can see the wood overlapping on the left-hand bed, near the blue blanket.)
And, someone also thought it was a good idea to make mittens with two thumbs- a backup thumb, I suppose. Thanks to Sara for showing MinHae and me around!
