2.28.2010: day 4

While driving home this evening, I was struck by the way the clouds over the expressway were infused with moonlight, but couldn't dig my camera out of my bag. (Simultaneous driving and photographing is probably a poor choice, anyway, particularly with so much traffic on the road.) So, when I arrived home, I took one of the full moon through the trees in my backyard. (By the way, I did take a few spins around the ice rink this weekend, and didn't even run over any short people- the place was packed! Good fun, though!)

Laundry day. Everyday randomness fascinates me.

Last night and this morning, I was without heat and hot water.

Luckily, I was able to borrow an electric heater.
It took a bit of the chill off.

2.25.2010: day 1

So, I thought I would start out with something I've been doing a lot lately. I've been watching the Olympics every night. So, here's a skating tidbit from 8pm. It also reminds me I wouldn't mind going skating sometime soon...nothing fancy, just a little jaunt around the rink.
